3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Shows
- Appointments may be booked through our website, our booking partner (Zenoti), by phone, or in person.
- We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation timelines and any associated fees will be provided at the time of booking.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, at our discretion.
- No-shows may be subject to a fee in accordance with our then-current policy.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made (for example, through our financing partner or membership program). We accept the payment methods listed at our location and on our booking platform. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
5. Financing
We partner with Cherry to offer flexible monthly payment options. Financing is provided by Cherry, not by Solara Aevum. Approval, terms, rates, and eligibility are determined by Cherry and subject to its own terms and disclosures, which you should review before applying. Solara Aevum is not responsible for Cherry’s decisions, terms, or servicing of any loan or payment plan.
6. Solara Inner Circle Membership
- The Solara Inner Circle is a monthly membership offering recurring service credits and member benefits as described on our website at the time of enrollment.
- Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Unused monthly credits may roll over only to the extent expressly stated in the program details in effect at the time of your enrollment.
- You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at enrollment. Benefits cease as of the end of the then-current billing cycle following cancellation.
- We may modify membership benefits, pricing, and terms with reasonable advance notice.
7. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in — whether through a website form, an in-clinic intake, by texting our number, or by checking a consent box — you agree to receive text messages from Solara Aevum at that number. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, post-care follow-up, replies to your inquiries, and (if you have separately opted in) promotional offers and event invitations.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake and to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your suitability for a service. You are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions provided by our team. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

- Interfere with or disrupt the website, our systems, or other users’ experience.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
